SELECTION PROCESS & RESEARCH MEТHODOLOGY

BWIO awards is the most admired business platform across the world due to its exhaustive research and selection process.It is a powerful platform for the companies to reveal their achievements & success stories to the world. The selection process comprises of the key factors such as over all market share,innovation, workplace culture,products/services offered, leadership, business ethics, governance,corporate social responsibility, reputation and other similar elements.

Companies shortlisted are not only selected based upon sales /turnover/profits of the company.the most important thing is that these companies have worked hard to achieve excellence. we follow the most transparent and authentic process of  selecting the companies.the selection criteria for the BWIO Awards™ will be specific to each category, taking into account the relevant factors that are critical to each industry.

The quantitative factors will be weighted ahead of qualitative factors to ensure fairness and objectivity in the evaluation process.

The awards program will provide an opportunity for businesses to showcase their achievements and be recognized for their contributions to their respective industries.

Business World International Award Methodology is as Follows:

1. Selected Nominations may be called for evaluation presentation by the Jury.

2. Finalists will be chosen from among the Merit listed organizations.

3. Presence during the evaluation presentation is mandatory to qualify for the Award.

As a part of the process, an  awards committee is constituted, which comprises of senior professionals from academia, government, industry & other stakeholders in the area of governance. Initial screening of the project is carried out on the basis of the information sought in the prescribed format. additional information, if required, would be sought and may be supplemented with BWIO Owns research or the knowledge base of the awards committee. The award committee then deliberates and decides on the awardees. The committee may also nominate projects in special category that it feels should be in the consideration set.

OUR NOMINATION PROCESS

       1. How Do I Get Nominated?

    • Businesses can be nominated for the awards by themselves or by other industry experts, clients, customers, or any other stakeholders. The nomination process will be open to businesses from all over the world.
    • 2. SCREENING
        • All the nominations will be screened based on the eligibility criteria, which will include factors such as financial stability, industry recognition, innovation, sustainability, and social responsibility. The screening will be conducted by a panel of industry experts and judges selected for their expertise and impartiality.

      • The selection criteria for each category will include elements such as Domain Authority, Online Reviews, Star Ratings, Annual Revenue, Growth, and Client numbers. These factors are relevant and critical to each category’s industry and will enable the judges to evaluate the businesses based on their performance in the market.
      • 3. SHORTLISTING
        • The screened nominations will then be shortlisted based on the selection criteria specific to each category. The shortlisted businesses will be notified and required to provide additional information, such as their company profile, achievements, and testimonials.
        • The evaluation process will prioritize quantitative factors over qualitative factors, with a focus on measurable data that can objectively determine a business’s success. These quantitative factors will be weighted ahead of qualitative factors to ensure the evaluation process is fair, unbiased, and objective
        • 4. EVALUATION
          • The shortlisted businesses will then be evaluated based on a set of criteria specific to each category. The evaluation process will be conducted by the same panel of industry experts and judges. The evaluation will be based on a combination of quantitative and qualitative factors, such as financial performance, market share, customer satisfaction, leadership, innovation, and sustainability.
          • The evaluation process will prioritize quantitative factors over qualitative factors, with a focus on measurable data that can objectively determine a business’s success. These quantitative factors will be weighted ahead of qualitative factors to ensure the evaluation process is fair, unbiased, and objective.
          • The evaluation process will be conducted by a panel of industry experts and judges, who have been carefully selected for their expertise, knowledge, and impartiality. They will assess each business’s performance against the selection criteria specific to their category to identify the most outstanding businesses in each category.

JUDGES

Ethical, transparent, and respected, the awards are judged by esteemed industry experts who follow a robust two-step judging process that includes pre-scoring to establish a shortlist and judge discussion to determine winners.none of our award judges can take part in the competition and any conflicts of interest must be declared.

JUDGING CRITERIA

Judges read and pre-score all entry forms, considering the structure, presentation and clarity of each section and the supporting materials submitted. Judges score each section on the entry form and these scores will be combined to give an overall score for each entry. All judges’ pre-scores will be combined, and the highest-scoring entries will determine the shortlist.

Winners are determined at a judging session where judges will discuss the shortlist and agree on a winner for each category.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS

The BWIO Awards program aims to promote and recognize excellence in the global business community. The awards program will provide an opportunity for businesses to showcase their achievements and be recognized for their contributions to their respective industries.

The winners will be announced through a formal ceremony and a press release. They will receive a trophy and a certificate of recognition for their outstanding performance in their respective categories. The announcement of the winners will also be publicized through various media channels to promote the winning businesses.

REGISTRATION PROCESS & FEES

In order to register and participate, all the winners must fill and submit the registration e-form via registration link on our website & make the payment of the registration fee through online / offline mode (Cheque/Card/Electronic bank transfer.)

The registration and the logo usage rights fee for one year has been fixed by the jury. The payment of the registration fee is mandatory for all winners without exception. This includes invitation for one delegate of the company to receive the award.

The fee charged, includes the cost of the market research conducted in order to select the companies and this contribution made by you empowers us to carry on this process and give you the BWIO award every year.
